Original Nazi-Era Labeled Suitcase Cover from Original Camo Material
This is an unusual near excellent WWII souvenir consisting of a heavy canvas machine-sewn "suitcase" cover made of the original camo pattern WWII Wehrmacht shelter quarter material. The top flap is closed with WWII German stamped metal and bakelite buttons. The front features a white cloth label machine-sewn onto the cover, with the name "Frieda Hansen" of Kreis Flensburg (Flensburg was one of the last Nazi strongholds to surrender in May 1945). There is a sewn-in slot for the suitcase handle on top. This bag measures about 21" x 30". Interesting war souvenir. Item #1114-10
